Ssi'Vharan
Basic Information
Bloodline Ability
This Bloodline ability has not yet been unveiled to you.
Physical Description
Ssi'Vharan has grown sturdy and solid for a child not yet two, with a mop of dark, wind-tousled hair and his mother's serious dark eyes, the kind that hold on a person's face a beat longer than most toddlers bother to. A pattern of olive-green and black scales marks his forehead and one shoulder and runs partway down his arm, fainter and less developed than Ssi'Katha's own crown-like marking but visibly the same inheritance. He wears little beyond a simple wrapped cloth at the waist and a couple of small bone and stone pendants strung on cord, miniature versions of the jewelry the tribe's adults wear, gifted to him rather than chosen by him. He is already noticeably steadier on his feet than most children his age, favoring a low, planted stance that looks less like a toddler's wobble and more like the beginning of someone learning to hold ground.
Ssi'Vharan does not startle. Loud noises, sudden movement, things that scuttle or slither into view, none of it produces the flinch or cry that would come from almost any other child his age, and the adults of Ssi'Korr have started to simply expect it of him rather than remark on it every time. He watches new and potentially dangerous things with open, unhurried curiosity instead of fear, a stillness that more than one hunter in the tribe has noted looks uncomfortably familiar.
