Zhahayla Le'Verrishish
Basic Information
Bloodline Ability
This Bloodline ability has not yet been unveiled to you.
Physical Description
Zhahayla has the pale lavender skin common to Drow Nobles, worn with the effortless, unhurried poise of someone who has never once had to consider whether a room would make space for her. Where most of her kind keep their hair the traditional stark white, Zhahayla dyes hers a deep, glossy black, a quiet, deliberate departure from convention that she has never explained to anyone who's asked. Fine golden tattoos mark her brow and cheekbones in sharp, deliberate strokes, catching the light like thin veins of metal beneath the skin. She dresses in dark, richly layered fabric with a high feathered collar, fine gold jewelry, and a beaded choker at her throat, every piece chosen with the specific, unhurried care of someone for whom appearance has always been a form of communication rather than vanity.
The golden tattoos across Zhahayla's face are not merely decorative, though even she cannot fully explain what they are. She commissioned them herself, from a practitioner whose methods she still declines to discuss, and since then she has occasionally caught sight of something at the edge of her vision, a flicker, a shape, a truth someone was actively trying to hide, that vanishes the moment she tries to look at it directly. Scholars she has quietly consulted suspect it may be tied to a Bloodline potential in her family line that has never been formally urged into being, a fragment of something larger leaking through ahead of schedule. She has not confirmed this. She has not ruled it out either.

I have read four histories of that war and sat across the table from two of the men who started it. Please, do tell me more about what "really" happened.
I was told a Drow Noble sits the throne of this city. I expected posture and threats. I received tea and an actual apology. I am still deciding how I feel about that.
