Elspeth Harrowmont
Basic Information
Bloodline Ability
This Bloodline ability has not yet been unveiled to you.
Physical Description
Elspeth is sixty-one and looks about twenty-five. Her D-grade nature has barely marked her, and the years show only in how still she holds herself. Her hair is golden blonde and curly, drawn back from her face in a few small braids along the crown and left to fall in loose ringlets at her temples and neck. She has a scatter of freckles across her nose and cheeks, a full, serious mouth, and eyes of a pale, clear blue. Her angelic blood shows less than people expect: no wings, no halo, only those eyes, which seem to hold the light a moment longer than they should. She is almost always in armor: polished steel plate trimmed in gold, the breastplate worked with fine gold filigree, a high, patterned gorget closed to the jaw, and heavy rounded pauldrons banded in gold. She fights with sword and shield.
Elspeth does not lean: not on walls, not on doorframes, not on anything. People who spend an evening with her notice eventually, and most of them find it unnerving. She speaks plainly, listens closely, and is very difficult to distract. She notices weakness immediately, in a defense, a wall, or a person, and she has never been good at pretending she has not. When she prays, which she does before dawn every day, she prays standing.
