Pip's Parlour is open whenever the sun is up, and sometimes a little before, because Pip wakes up excited and can't wait. No order is too small. No topping request is too strange. If you don't know what to get, Pip will ask you three questions about yourself and make a recommendation that will be correct. She has never been wrong about this. Not once.
