Basic Information
Bloodline Ability
This Bloodline ability has not yet been unveiled to you.
Physical Description
Yurga is an exceptionally striking half-orc who, at six feet five inches, takes up exactly as much room as she intends to. Her skin is a deep, even olive-green, and her muscle definition is the kind that does not happen by accident, every line on her is the product of years of deliberate, disciplined effort, and she is not modest about any of it. Her face reads as the meeting point between two worlds: the strong jaw and slightly pronounced lower canines of her orcish blood sit alongside high cheekbones, full lips, and large amber eyes that are entirely too expressive to be missed. She is, by any honest accounting, beautiful in an arresting and slightly intimidating way, and she has been winning formal beauty contests to prove it since her mid-twenties.
Her dark hair is thick and worn pulled back and up, practical during training, polished when she chooses. She favors leather armor because it shows the work, but also because she has spent considerable coin on well-made leather that fits her frame properly and still looks good while she wears it. Fur-trimmed bracers wrap her forearms, and a broad belt anchors her kit at the hip. She has no need for more coverage than that. She would like you to notice.
Her hands are strong enough to bend iron bar stock, but her nails are maintained, because she is retired now and she has decided that retirement means she can have both. She takes her skincare seriously in a way that tends to surprise people who expect otherwise from an orc-blooded gladiator. She smells faintly of woodsmoke and whatever oil she used that morning, and she moves through a room the way someone used to being watched moves through a room: aware of it, comfortable with it, and taking her time about everything.
Personality & Temperament
- Fiercely disciplined from years of consistent training
- Confident without cruelty, comfortable in her own skin
- Surprisingly warm once she decides you're worth it
- Takes excellent care of herself and enjoys it
- Competitive in a way that elevates a room, not crushes it
- Honest to a fault; she says what she actually thinks
- Blunt to the point of seeming rude before you know her
- Restless; retirement hasn't fully settled in yet
- Little patience for people who underestimate her
- Occasionally measures the present against past glory
- Pride can outrun judgment when her reputation is questioned
I have beaten every opponent they put in front of me. The one I haven't figured out yet is what I want to do next. She's proving trickier than the rest.
Do I look like a woman who hasn't earned the right to be comfortable? Good. Because I have.
Beauty, strength, brains. I collect titles in all three, and I'm nowhere near finished.
- Early morning training, rain or shine
- Skincare routines and self-care that others find excessive
- Cool air and water, far from orc-land heat
- Being appreciated for both her strength and beauty
- A fair contest of any kind: physical, mental, or culinary
- Quality food, eaten in appropriate quantities
- Forests, they are quiet and they smell of nothing she hates
- Scorching heat, she left the orc lands specifically
- Being stared at for the wrong reasons, like fear
- Assumptions about her based on heritage alone
- Cheating, in any competitive context
- Idleness without purpose; she needs to know why
- Cheap leather and poor craftsmanship in armor
