Akari Soto
Basic Information
Bloodline Ability
This Bloodline ability has not yet been unveiled to you.
Physical Description
Akari stands 5'6" with dark hair swept into an elaborate, precisely pinned style that took years of court training to master and now takes her only minutes out of pure habit, ornamented with lacquered pins she has never stopped wearing even far from anyone who would recognize their meaning. Her features are striking and composed, dark eyes that miss very little and give away even less, and a bearing that reads as effortless grace right up until the instant it becomes something considerably more dangerous. She wears lacquered black-and-crimson armor over traditional layered robes, a single ornate pauldron at her shoulder marking a rank she technically no longer holds, and carries a katana at her hip that she has never once drawn carelessly.
Akari moves the way she was trained to from childhood: economically, deliberately, with nothing wasted. She bows, however slightly, out of pure reflex to anyone she judges deserves it, and has caught herself doing it for Goodberry guards who have no idea what the gesture cost her to offer a stranger for free. She still performs a small, private tea ceremony every morning with whatever she has on hand, whether that's fine leaf tea or, on harder days, whatever Goodberry's market happened to have, and treats the ritual itself as more important than the ingredients. People who underestimate her because of her beauty or her quiet, formal manner tend to make that mistake exactly once.
