At the shrine's heart hangs a massive conch shell that hums with a deep, resonant tone whenever merchant vessels approach from beyond the horizon.
The enchantment works upon the minds of distant traders, planting subtle urges to seek out the Tidal Expanse whenever they consider their next voyage. Captains find themselves studying charts and noticing routes they had previously overlooked. Merchants hear rumors of exceptional pearls and rare goods available nowhere else. Even those who have never heard of the settlement feel an inexplicable pull toward its coordinates, a sense that profitable opportunities await in that direction.
